  139. Conference, ARRL, 1988. G3RUH is a prolific writer, so this material
  140. may have also appeared elsewhere, for all I know.

  218. Feb 20, the anniversary of FCC permitting FSK RTTY on HF in 1953.

  272. Has anyone ever built a converter to change the AM wefax from NOAA
  273. satellites to FM wefax for reception with an HF fax demodulator?
  274. Is it possible?  I'd like to be able to receive satellite photos
  275. direct from the satellites but don't want to spend another $XXX
  276. to buy a satellite wefax demodulator.  I've found that by carefully
  277. tuning the signal from the satellite in SSB with a very narrow
  278. bandwidth I can copy the pictures a little bit but doppler shift
  279. makes this process very difficult.  It would be much easier to
  280. receive the signal in FM from the satellite and convert the audio
  281. tone's amplitude modulations to frequency modulation and feed it
  282. to my HFFAX demodulator.
  283. Alternately, is there software available to do the same thing with
  284. a simple interface?
